Ventura Foods

At Ventura Foods, the company’s mission is to help its customers delight their customers, and has a long-standing commitment to being a responsible corporate citizen. The company works to ensure its products are produced safely and sourced sustainably, supports its employees and local communities, and helps care for the planet by working to reduce the waste it generates and water and energy it uses.

In 2016, Ventura Foods opened its Innovation Center, which includes a modern culinary facility, product development and test labs, areas designed for sensory testing, and an area to conduct focus groups and other consumer research.

The numerous initiatives where Ventura Foods has helped make simpler, healthier options available include responding to evolving consumer trends to make an egg-free mayonnaise, migrating to healthier oils across its portfolio, advancing clean labels by removing artificial flavors, colors and preservatives, as well as high-fructose corn syrup and MSG, or by using non-GMO ingredients.
