The Culinary Institute of America and Stanford University invite a limited number of foundations, associations, and companies to participate in the support of the Menus of Change University Research Collaborative (MCURC). Prospective sponsors will be evaluated on the basis of how closely their product mix is aligned with the evidence-based guidance about food choices detailed in the Menus of Change Principles of Healthy, Sustainable Menus. The main benefit of sponsorship is the opportunity to “be at the table” and participate in dialogue as leading university-based thinkers and innovators work toward positive change in American food and beverage, American diets, and food systems within the university sector.
